Introduction
MT, MF, MD Series Solid State Rectifier Module is a kind of Solid State Rectifier Modules which is available in a wide range of applications, and is also especially for electrical welding machine. MT, MF, MD Series are all non-isolated rectifier modules. MT Series (non-insulated solid state thyristor rectifier module) is composed entirely of power thyristors; MD Series (non-insulated solid state diode rectifier module) is composed entirely of power diodes; MF Series (non-insulated solid state thyristor and the diode hybrid rectifier module) are composed of power thyristors and power diodes.
